RTS Bukit Chagar is on Jalan Tun Abdul Razak in Bukit Chagar, next to the Bangunan Sultan Iskandar CIQ, JB Sentral and City Square. Immigration for both countries is cleared at the departure station, and the ride to Woodlands North takes about 5 minutes.
