Danga Sutera Phase 2 is a collection of freehold two-storey semi-detached homes inside Danga Sutera, a 67-acre gated and guarded township off Jalan Skudai in Johor Bahru. The developer is Bayou Management Sdn Bhd, part of the Bursa-listed Iskandar Waterfront City group. Phase 2 was launched in 2020 and completed in 2023 with its CCC, so homes are now bought on the resale market. There are two types: Type B on a 43 x 70 ft lot with about 3,254 sq ft built-up, and Type A on a 43 x 85 ft lot with about 3,474 sq ft. All phases share a clubhouse with a pool, gym, badminton court and function room. Danga Utama, Southern University College and Sutera Mall are all a short drive away.
