Where our facts come from我们的资料来源
We check each project against these sources, in this order:每个项目，我们按以下顺序核对资料：
- The developer’s sales materials (brochures and sales kits).发展商的销售资料（宣传册与销售资料包）。
- Listings from partner agents that we have checked.经我们核实的合作伙伴房源资料。

How we show distances距离怎么算
- Distances are measured along a real route (walking or road) on Google Maps or OpenStreetMap, not in a straight line.距离按实际路线（步行或车程）在 Google 地图或 OpenStreetMap 上测量，不是直线距离。
- Walk to CIQ & RTS: about 1 km or less on foot. Within 10 km of CIQ & RTS: a shuttle bus or short drive.步行到关卡与 RTS：步行约 1 公里或以内。关卡与 RTS 10 公里内：搭接驳车或短程开车。
- When a figure comes from the developer, we say so: “the developer quotes about X m”. Some projects still being built have a proposed link bridge. For these we write “the developer quotes about X m via the proposed link bridge”. Until the bridge opens, today’s walk can be longer. Why we show price bands, not exact prices为什么只显示价格范围
We show prices as bands, such as RM4XXK or RM5XXK to RM7XXK. The price of each unit changes with its type, floor and facing, and developers update prices often. A band tells you quickly whether a project fits your budget. For the current price of the unit you like, ask us on WhatsApp.我们以价格范围显示，例如 RM4XXK 或 RM5XXK 至 RM7XXK。每个单位的价格会因户型、楼层和朝向而不同，发展商也经常调价。价格范围让您快速判断项目是否符合预算。想知道心仪单位的最新价格，请在 WhatsApp 问我们。

- Exact unit prices.单位的确切价格。
- Unit numbers and positions. Our floor plans and site plans have no unit numbers or prices.单位号码与位置。我们的平面图和总图不标单位号码或价格。

How often we re-check多久更新一次
We update a project page when the developer releases new material or when news changes the picture, and we aim to review every project page at least once every three months. Each project page shows the date it was last updated.发展商推出新资料或有相关新闻时，我们会更新项目页面；我们也争取每三个月至少复查一次每个项目页面。每个项目页面都显示最后更新日期。
